what i collect

what you put in the offer form: brand or artist name, your name, email, whether the song is ready, an optional sound link, your role, and timing. i also record where the visit came from (a referrer or campaign tag) so i know which links work. payments are handled entirely by stripe — card numbers never touch this site.

updates, only if you ask

if you tick “email me when slots open or pricing changes”, i’ll send the occasional availability note — nothing else, and any email you get includes a way to opt out.

how it’s used

reviewing your offer, running the promo, and sending you receipts and status emails. no marketing lists, no selling or renting data, no ads.

who processes it

stripe (payments and invoices), resend (email delivery), and vercel + neon (hosting and database) — each under their own privacy terms.

tracking

vercel web analytics records anonymized page views, referrers, and a few funnel events: when someone starts or submits the offer form, and whether the bite page loads inside tiktok or in an external browser. the bite events contain no form or personal data. offer events include only the selected package, release status, and a campaign source when one is present — never your name, email, song link, notes, or offer amount. analytics does not use cookies; the only cookie on this site is an admin session cookie for me. the view counts shown on the site are separate aggregate stats about my tiktok account.

retention & your rights

offer and payment records are kept as business records. email contact@guywithapple.com to see what i have about you or to ask for deletion of anything i’m not required to keep.
